Not only is Vitamin C necessary for the formation of healthy bones and connective tissue–it helps fortify the body’s immune defenses by supporting various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune systems.  Uso Sugerido Immuno-Shield:  (Adult) When your immune system needs a boost, take six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels a day in divided doses for up to one week. As a maintenance dose, take one (1) Liquid Soft-Gel twice a day with a full glass (8 oz) of water.

Vitamin C:  (Adult) For general health maintenance, take one (1) tablet per day with a full glass (8 oz.) of water.
