Daily dose of vitamins and minerals DHA—DHA stands for docosahexaenoic acid. It’s an omega-3 fatty acid that, among other things, promotes healthy fetal growth and development. Consuming DHA during pregnancy and nursing goes a long way toward promoting healthy brain and eye development.1

And while most DHA is derived from fish oil, the DHA we include in our Prenatal Advantage Formula is derived from marine algae.
