Suggested Dosage: Shake well.  

Adults and Teenagers, take 1 ml, 1 to 2 times per day in water, juice, or tea. 

Children and Sensitive Individuals: Start with 1 drop daily and titrate up as tolerated. Work up to 13 drops, 2x daily for under 30 lbs. ; 26 drops 2x daily for 41-75 lb.
