The Natural Dentist Healthy White Pre-Brush Antigingivitis/Antiplaque Rinse is scientifically formulated to whiten your teeth naturally and without bleach. Since this product is to be used before brushing, we suggest you continue to use your regular after-brushing rinse as before.

Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20 mL (2/3 ounce) for at least 30 seconds prior to brushing. Then spit out excess.
