Suggestions for Use:Using the enclosed dropper, administer 30-60 minutes before bedtime. May be administered directly into the mouth or into a liquid that will be consumed immediately. Clean dropper after each use. After administration, a slight warming sensation in the mouth is normal. Consult with your physician if using more than 14 days in a row or for other questions about taking this supplement.
